You can be assured that we will step forward to the mark, accept responsibility and arrange replacement products and collections at no cost to yourself.
When it's your fault.
You can be assured that we will again step forward, share the responsibility and support you to best of our ability in correcting the situation with you.
When it's nobody's fault.
We will simply do the right thing.
If you suspect a problem please contact our customer services as soon as possible and avoid marking or disposing of the outer covers of any wrong or unrequired products so that they remain in a resalable condition.
We will then work quickly to identify the best corrective action to suit your requirements and get that underway with minimum of disruption to you.
