If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer services team on 0845 0706186 or 01636 557423, they will issue you with a returns number which must be presented with the returned product(s). Please note we cannot receive any returned items without a valid returns number.
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Please note bespoke upholstered or made products are non-returnable once an order is placed. Bespoke products are identified by the product title, whereby we specify "bespoke" on the listing either in the title or description.
